Eggplant & Vintage Silk Dinner Invitation
Segmented. Mouthwatering.
Client requested a new design for their invitations including the following formats that would be sent through the mail:
- Oversized Postcard Invite (5.5675in × 11in)
Within the new piece the client requested that it to have a completely different feel from their previous requests. While he did want to keep the main color present to be the purple in his logo he also wanted to to create a high class feel you have when looking at a stained glass window. To incorporate that feeling I added a pattern that would overlay the silk to make it a nice way to break up the information while it does not hit you over the head with a sense that you are being directed to different spots to find information about the event.
